Store Supervisor

Job Objective:
To oversee daily store operations ensure sales targets are met maintain excellent customer service standards and uphold overall store quality and order.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the sales team assigning tasks and monitoring performance.

• Train and guide new employees to achieve store sales objectives.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with management for replenishment.

• Ensure compliance with company policies quality standards and customer service guidelines.

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

• Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports to management.

• Ensure adherence to work schedules dress code and store cleanliness.

• Oversee the implementation of promotions and discounts in the store.

• Participate in stocktaking activities and ensure data accuracy.

• Motivate the team to achieve sales goals while maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or retail sales experience.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.

• Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency preferred).

Working Hours & Conditions:

• 48 hours per week (1 day off weekly).

• Work may be required during holidays or peak seasons (Ramadan Eid packing season etc.).

• Flexibility to work in any UAE branch as per business needs.
