Responsible for safely storing and transporting products in and out of the warehouse

By following company procedures, maintaining accurate inventory and documenting backups

Objective: Manage all operations in the warehouse during the shift period in the concerned area. Inventory,

Orders, receiving and inventory management according to established standards.

• Control the entry/exit of all products in accordance with company policy and procedures regarding receipts/dispatch.

• Allocate appropriate areas to store items and follow an effective method of classifying inventory

Inside the warehouse for easy dispatch and stock checking

• Comply with the FIFO, FEFO, LIFO principle of storage, receipt and transmission.

• Preparing reports related to the movement of products within the warehouse

• Maintain up-to-date records of receipts and dispatches.

• Inspection of products (RM PM FG SP) by checking temperatures (if applicable), seals, material codes and dates

Best dates, net weights, batch numbers, etc.

• Maintain weekly frequency counts of all stocked items and prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports

.

• Participate in the physical count of inventory to answer questions asked by the supervisor/line manager.

• Daily, weekly and monthly reports on warehouse performance indicators to the supervisor/line manager

• Manage the entire shift and supervise the team

• Manage health, safety, environmental and fire prevention standards in accordance with company policies.
