Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in finding products or answering inquiries.
• Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store including aisles shelves and checkout areas.
• Assist in inventory management including receiving counting and recording merchandise.
• Process customer transactions accurately using the pointofsale system.
• Assist in merchandising and promotional activities to drive sales.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in cash handling and transaction processing.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
