Job Summary
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree in relevant engineering discipline or equivalent from an accredited university; or a minimum of fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
- Must have at least five (5) years of experience in a similar position on mega Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.
- ADNOC & Offshore project experience is required.
- PMC experiences are preferrable.
- Experience in FEED & EPC Phases is required.
- Strong knowledge of international standards and codes including ASME Section VIII API 650 API 620 API 661 API 660 TEMA and NACE requirements.
- Experience in technical bid evaluations vendor management and fabrication oversight for static equipment.
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary and multicultural project environments.

Static and Package Equipment Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all static equipment engineering activities during FEED EPC and detailed engineering phases of the project.
- Provide technical leadership for the design specification and procurement of static equipment including pressure vessels columns heat exchangers tanks separators filters reactors and package equipment.
- Develop and review equipment datasheets specifications material requisitions technical bid evaluations and vendor documentation.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards project specifications and applicable international codes and standards such as ASME API TEMA and ASTM.
- Coordinate with Process Piping Mechanical Civil Electrical Instrumentation and Procurement disciplines to ensure effective integration of static equipment requirements.
- Review and approve vendor drawings calculations manufacturing procedures and inspection requirements.
- Support constructability reviews value engineering studies and cost optimization initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in design reviews HAZOP constructability workshops and technical meetings with clients vendors and contractors.
- Monitor engineering progress and ensure deliverables are completed in accordance with project schedules quality standards and HSE requirements.
- Provide technical guidance mentoring and supervision to a team of Specialists Senior Engineers and Engineers.
- Interface effectively with clients licensors suppliers and project stakeholders to resolve technical issues and support successful project execution.
