Job Summary
Project : IGD Integrated Gas Development Das Island (Onshore Civil & Building Construction Works
Job Responsibilities :
- Preparationsubmission and updating of the project master program
- Preparation andissue of necessary Progress reports (Daily weekly monthly)
- Presentingschedules of work often with visual aids such as bar charts and Histogramsdiagrams
- Monitoring progressthroughout the work process and comparing this with the projected schedule of work and advising the Project Managers of actual and expected slippages
- Liaising with theProject Manager throughout the process making adjustments to project plans as necessary
- Providing adviceand support on the development of specific systems
- Follow up andintegration of subcontractors programs
- Preparation / Billing of Projects Invoices.
- Review of Sub-contractors Schedules & Invoices
- Preparation ofproject bar charts / manpower (histograms) & construction equipment and regular updating
- Preparation ofdeployment of schedules of manpower and equipment
