Job description for Business Development/ Client Acquisition Executive (Intern) Role
We are searching for Business Development Executive to join our team! As a Business Development/ Client Acquisition Executive (Intern), you will be responsible for strategic and operational business development.
Business Development/ Client Acquisition Executive (Intern) duties and responsibilities
Contact schools, colleges, and universities to participate in the talent search examination i.e. Rishikul Scholarship & Awards Test (RSAT)
Contact teachers and principals of schools for a maximum enrollment of students for RSAT
Work on getting approvals from schools to participate in RSAT
Contact coaching institutes in the local area and convince them to provide coaching for RSAT
Work on getting approval from schools for listing on our portal and selling various plans to schools
Act as senior exam coordinator for RSAT in local areas of working and manage the entire operation of a scholarship examination (in other words, act as the final authority to make decisions in consultation with HO to conduct the RSAT exam peacefully)
Act with authority and responsibility for this job
Requirements
Requirements and Qualifications for a Business Development/ Client Acquisition Executive (Intern)
- Minimum 12th Pass preferred Studying in (or completed) Bachelor s Degree in Sales & Marketing or a similar field
- Familiarity with CRM software preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent multitasking skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with good customer service skills
- Excellent presentation skills to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences
- Ready to work under pressure
- Excellent sales skills to sell value and create credibility
- Capability to maintain a high level of professionalism along with confidentiality
- Excellent people skills to build good relationships with people
- Excellent team play to work well in a team environment.
