- 4+ years of experience as a Sous Chef in a multi-cuisine environment, preferably in a luxury setting
- Proficiency in various cuisines including Asian, European, Middle Eastern, and other international favorites
- Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate effectively with the culinary team
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and menu planning
- Passion for creating exceptional dishes and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
