Responsibilities:
· Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
· Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure smooth and efficient operation
· Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about food and beverages
· Maintain a clean and organized hostess stand and front-of-house area
· Communicate with servers, chefs, and management to ensure the best possible dining experience for guests
· Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
· Upsell restaurant promotions, events, and specials
