We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Solar PV Engineer in Dubai UAE. Our client is a reputed organization in the Solar Energy / Renewable Energy sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily installation activities of Solar PV systems.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers contractors subcontractors and clients.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily weekly and monthly reports.
- Inspect materials and maintain project quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Health Safety & Environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Supervise cable laying mounting structures solar panel inverter installation and system commissioning.
- Conduct final inspections resolve technical issues and maintain complete project documentation.
Required Skills
- Solar PV Installation Experience supervising utility or commercial solar projects.
- Electrical Engineering Knowledge of electrical systems cable laying and commissioning.
- Project Coordination Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders on site.
- Quality Control Conduct inspections and ensure technical compliance.
- HSE Compliance Familiarity with UAE safety regulations and safe work practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in utility-scale solar projects.
- Knowledge of UAE electrical standards.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
Work Experience Requirements
Experience was not specified in the job posting. Typical requirement: 36 years of experience in Solar PV installation electrical site supervision or renewable energy projects with exposure to commissioning and quality inspections.
Education
- Minimum: Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering (Typical)
- Preferred: Masters Degree or Renewable Energy specialization
- Additional Certifications: Solar PV Certification HSE Certification (Preferred)
Required Skills:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the UPS Systems or Power Electronics industry. Proficiency in handling UPS systems battery chargers telecom rectifiers battery systems and automatic power factor correction panels. Strong understanding of electrical/electronic principles and components. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams blueprints and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Effective communication skills both verbal and written. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
Required Education:
Diploma/BE/BTech in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
