• Design, develop, implement, maintain, and deploy backend services that are scalable, highly available, and easy to extend, all while ensuring comprehensive automation testing.
• Enhance or rewrite existing code to align with modern standards.
• Provide expert guidance on technical solution architecture.
• Mentor team members.
• Collaborate directly with project team members to conceptualize, design, and develop innovative solutions.
• Engage in multiple Digital Innovation projects from initiation to completion.
• Communicate with Digital/BIM and Project stakeholders, including IT managers.
• Utilize interactive technology and collaboration tools to translate designs, create training materials, and enhance UX experiences.
• Interact with users to comprehensively understand business processes and gather user requirements.
• Draft and review systems specifications, adhering to functional requirements.
• Conduct thorough systems testing to ensure the delivery of bug-free software.
• Coordinate with outsourcers and communicate agreed-upon requirements.
• Prepare project-specific Technical Requirement Specifications.
• Undertake coding, testing, and implementation tasks.
• Review and, when necessary, prepare test plans and test specifications, ensuring high-quality implementation.
• Develop training materials and conduct user training.
• Swiftly resolve rollout issues and provide effective problem resolutions.
• Manage software development by external partners.
• Address interface issues between different platforms.
• Contribute to the reliability and maintainability of enterprise software solutions.
• Explore innovative technologies and assess their relevance.
• Contribute to the conceptualization of modern technology applications to enhance product value.
• Report to the Line Manager in a structured manner.

• A university degree or diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Entry-level position with no prior experience required.
• Basic knowledge of coding in the software development industry.
• Familiarity with one or more programming languages, such as Python, C#, C++, Java, .NET, JSON, or JavaScript frameworks, along with deployment to cloud platforms.
• Commitment to clean and efficient code.
• Exposure to Node.js, Docker, and cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with various database systems, including Oracle, NoSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Experience in reading and writing APIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
• Exposure to working in SharePoint environments.
• Understanding of Microsoft technologies and their value for clients.
• Knowledge of modern web architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment.
• Knowledge of databases and Object-Relational Mapping frameworks.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to report systematically.
