- Oversee the soft services contractor. Oversee and manage the property specific operating policies and procedures and follow through with enforcement. Prepare and deliver operational performance reports to the Snr Facility Manager as required on a regular basis. Assist the Snr Facility Manager in the development of and compliance with the property’s emergency planning and business resumption plan, reviewing and updating as necessary to ensure optimum effectiveness. Oversee the provision of health and safety and operational induction with the H&S Coordinator Ensure compliance with the properties’ operational policies and procedures where applicable. Oversee all accident and incident reporting, including insurance and statutory forms and procedures. Motivate the contractors to achieve required standards. Co-ordinate with the appointed fit-out Manager and support the tenant fit-out process Any other technical or operational duties reasonably requested by the Snr Facility Manager
