Job Title: Skilled AC Technician
We are currently hiring skilled AC Technicians for a leading Engineering company in Abu Dhabi UAE. The role involves the installation maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems across residential commercial and industrial projects. Candidates should be technically proficient in HVAC systems and capable of performing diagnostics servicing and on-site repairs with minimal supervision.
Install inspect maintain and repair air conditioning systems including central split and window AC units
Troubleshoot malfunctioning systems and identify causes of issues
Replace or repair defective components such as compressors motors fans thermostats and filters
Perform routine maintenance tasks like cleaning coils checking gas levels and testing electrical circuits
Follow blueprints design specifications and manufacturer guidelines for proper installation and servicing
Ensure compliance with all safety standards and HVAC codes
Complete job reports and maintenance logs accurately
Provide emergency support and repairs as needed
Collaborate with supervisors engineers and site personnel to ensure seamless operations
Minimum 13 years of proven experience as an AC Technician (Gulf experience preferred)
Strong understanding of HVAC systems and refrigeration cycles
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
Skilled in the use of hand and electrical tools related to HVAC work
Basic knowledge of electrical systems and safety standards
Physically fit and able to work in high-temperature and outdoor conditions
Basic communication skills (English Hindi or Urdu preferred)
Willingness to work flexible hours overtime and on-call shifts if needed
Reliable punctual and honest
Strong attention to detail and safety-first mindset
Ability to diagnose problems quickly and propose effective solutions
Good teamwork and communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
6-day work week
Work may include standing climbing lifting and exposure to outdoor conditions
PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and tools provided
Overtime opportunities may be available based on operational needs
Salary: Salary 1400 to 2000accomodationvisamedical(based on qualifications and experience)
