Job Description
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field. Usually at least 5 years of practical experience in supervision and management of construction sites.
Technical Knowledge: A deep understanding of building processes, construction materials and engineering designs, and the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Management and Leadership: Ability to manage a team, direct labor, organize schedules, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with the team, clients and other contractors.
Ability to solve problems: The ability to deal with problems that arise at the work site and work to solve them effectively.
