- 1015 years of experience in operations.
- 35 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Experience coordinating and supervising daily site or plant operations.
- Knowledge of planned and reactive maintenance activities.
- Understanding of equipment inspections and fault escalation.
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures including JHAs SWMS and SOPs.
- Experience coordinating contractors and managing work permits.
- Ability to monitor operational performance downtime and quality.
- Strong team leadership coordination and communication skills.
- A car is an advantage according to the employers brief.
