Site Supervisor

• 1015 years of experience in operations.
• 35 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Experience coordinating and supervising daily site or plant operations.
• Knowledge of planned and reactive maintenance activities.
• Understanding of equipment inspections and fault escalation.
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures including JHAs SWMS and SOPs.
• Experience coordinating contractors and managing work permits.
• Ability to monitor operational performance downtime and quality.
• Strong team leadership coordination and communication skills.
• A car is an advantage according to the employers brief.
