SITE MEP ENGINEERS

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise manage and coordinate Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) works at the project site.
• Review and interpret MEP drawings technical specifications and installation details.
• Ensure MEP works are carried out in accordance with project requirements approved drawings and applicable standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors consultants and other site engineers for smooth execution of works.
• Monitor site progress quality and safety compliance on a daily basis.
• Attend and conduct site inspections testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Raise RFI technical queries and manage snag lists until rectification and approval.
• Liaise with QA/QC teams to ensure inspection requests (IRs) and material submittals are aligned with project timelines.
• Support in procurement coordination material tracking and site logistics for MEP items.
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports progress updates and documentation.
  

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 5 years of MEP site engineering experience with UAE project experience mandatory.
• Must have worked with reputable construction companies in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes DEWA DCD and other authority regulations.
• Excellent coordination technical and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in fastpaced environments.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE and available to join immediately.
