Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer (Civil) to supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities for industrial warehouse logistics and commercial projects. The successful candidate will ensure works are executed safely on schedule and in accordance with approved drawings specifications quality standards and project requirements.
Requirements
- Supervise daily site activities including earthworks foundations concrete works structural steel erection masonry finishing and external works.
- Perform setting out and verify dimensions levels and alignment before execution.
- Coordinate subcontractors suppliers and site workforce to achieve project milestones.
- Monitor daily productivity manpower allocation equipment utilization and material consumption.
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings project specifications and method statements.
- Prepare daily site reports work progress updates and maintain project documentation.
- Coordinate consultant inspections Inspection Requests (IRs) Material Inspection Requests (MIRs) and QA/QC activities.
- Verify delivered materials and ensure compliance with approved material submittals.
- Identify technical issues and coordinate timely resolution with the Project Engineer and Project Manager.
- Support NCR close-out snag rectification and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations toolbox talks and safe work practices.
- Coordinate with MEP structural steel and finishing teams to avoid work conflicts.
- Assist in project handover punch list clearance and final documentation.
Required Education:
Bachelors Degree (Mandatory)
