About the Role

As a Site Coordinator in Event Production you will be responsible for coordinating all site-specific operations ensuring that physical setups and logistics are flawlessly executed. Youll serve as the on-site anchor collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure everything runs on time and according to plan.

What Youll Do

Site Planning & Layout: Oversee setup and breakdown ensuring layouts match approved plans.

On-Site Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for all on-site activity managing crew contractors and suppliers.

Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all site operations adhere to safety standards and regulations.

Logistics Management: Coordinate deliveries access equipment and schedules for smooth execution.

Stakeholder Updates: Provide regular progress reports to the production team and flag potential delays.

Post-Event Wrap-Up: Lead the de-rig process and site clearance ensuring venues are returned as required.

About You

What You Need to Apply

Experience in on-site coordination within event production or similar roles.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Knowledge of health & safety regulations and site protocols.

Ability to read and interpret site plans and layouts.

Valid UAE drivers license is a plus.
