Job Summary
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance crews and subcontractors.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor progress.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Inspect work to maintain quality and resolve on-site issues.
- Manage materials tools and equipment efficiently.
- Maintain records and report on project progress.
- Communicate with engineers project managers and clients.
- Train and mentor junior staff.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in infrastructure or maintenance projects.
