Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Site Assistant to support daytoday operations at our project sites. This role is ensuring the smooth of marine and coastal projects by assisting the site management team and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Site Supervisor and Project Manager in daily operations.
- Repair cleaning & installation of Silt Curtains
- Ensure that health safety and environmental policies are always followed.
- Communicate effectively with site workers and management to address daily operational needs.
- Support the team in setting up equipment and preparing the site for work activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor operational issues as they arise.
Skills required:
- Previous experience in a construction or site assistant role is an advantage.
- Knows how to swim
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions inside water
- Good verbal communication skills.
- A proactive problemsolving attitude.
