Manage the showroom on a day-to-day basis welcoming and attending to walk-in visitors professionally and ensuring a positive first impression
Assist during showroom demonstrations and events supporting the team in presenting robots to visitors and clients
Capture photos and short video clips during showroom events and demos to support the marketing teams content needs
Maintain showroom robots in peak condition ensuring all units are charged clean and demo-ready at all times
Answer visitor and customer queries via chat email and phone handling basic technical questions independently and escalating complex technical queries to the senior team by booking an online support meeting
Set up robot content and messages through the Robot Console and manage content data via Excel files
Maintain a basic FAQ and response template library to handle repeat queries faster and ensure consistent communication
Act as Zoom Master during online webinars managing attendees breakout rooms screen sharing and ensuring sessions run smoothly
Prepare and coordinate outbound shipments for Amazon Noon and direct deliveries including packing labelling and handover to logistics
Coordinate with internal teams on robots going out for delivery or rental ensuring accurate scheduling and documentation
Liaise with logistics and shipping companies to provide required documents follow up on quotes and track shipment updates
Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records flagging discrepancies or low stock levels promptly
Handle basic accounts-related tasks including updating stock records and purchase entries in coordination with the management team
Requirements
Prior experience in a showroom front-of-house operations or customer-facing role
Comfortable handling customer queries across chat email and phone in a professional and friendly manner
Basic understanding of tech or robotics products willing to learn product knowledge quickly to handle first-level technical queries
Organised and detail-oriented able to manage stock shipments and coordination tasks simultaneously
Comfortable using Zoom and familiar with webinar or online meeting management
Basic accounting or stock management experience is an advantage
