Job Summary

Job Title: Shisha Maker / Shisha Preparation Specialist

Job Summary:

Responsible for preparing assembling and serving shisha according to customer preferences while maintaining quality hygiene and safety standards. Ensures an excellent customer experience in lounges cafés restaurants or hotels.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble shisha pipes and accessories.
Select mix and pack tobacco flavors according to customer requests.
Manage charcoal preparation and replacement safely.
Deliver and set up shisha at customer tables.
Monitor shisha quality and replace coals as needed.
Clean sanitize and maintain shisha equipment.
Ensure compliance with health safety and venue regulations.
Maintain inventory of tobacco charcoal hoses and accessories.
Report equipment damage or stock shortages to management.
Provide recommendations on flavors and combinations to customers.

Requirements

Experience in shisha preparation and service (preferred).

Knowledge of different shisha flavors tobacco types and equipment.

Understanding of hygiene and safety procedures.

Good customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work evenings weekends and busy shifts.

Physical ability to stand for long periods and handle hot charcoal safely.
