- Responsible for end to end Post fixture for all our Time chartered vessels from the pre fixture stage till voyage completionOverlooking all running operational matters for the managed vesselTo work per the terms and conditions of the agreed contracts and to ensure compliance of all requirementsEnsure voyage P&L accuracy, providing input for payment due to Owners and receivable from CharterersTo issue voyage instruction to vessel master in accordance to the governing charterer party termsTo appoint agents / weather routing services / order bunkers / appointing surveyorsTo check all shipping documents such as pre-stowage plan, B/LHandle claims in coordination with legal/P&I lawyersHandling freight invoice, demurrage/despatch, hire payment and port disbursement accounts and so onCommunication with vessel’s masters, owners/charterers or brokers, ports agentMonitoring vessel’s movement and performance and report to related parties and any dispute against counterparty such as cargo damage or shortage, lay-time, underperformance and so on, to communicate for settlement based on charter party
