- Manage and support server infrastructure, including hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
- Install, configure, and maintain server hardware and software to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Monitor server performance and troubleshoot issues to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Document server configurations, procedures, and issues to maintain an accurate and up-to-date knowledge base.
