Management Trainee Finance

As a Management Trainee, Finance, you will enroll in our fast track 12-month management development program, within the Finance department, to develop the skills and knowledge which will ideally enable you to step into an Assistant Manager position at the end of the program, within the Finance department. The structure of the program comprises of 6 months training in Finance, 4 months cross exposure to other business divisions, and 1 month of specialisation. The program also includes special projects, sessions with a mentor, as well as extensive feedback and frequent evaluations to develop skills and knowledge.

You will also complete all assigned tasks, assist with day-to-day operations, participate in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities, as well as observe and learn from experienced team members. You will gain knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes, and work on project coordination: follow-up, documentation & communication for projects, and at times create and deliver presentations.
