Qualifications And Experience
- 5+ years of experience working with a freight forwarding organization AND/OR leading freight forwarding product in one or more of the following roles:
- Product manager
- Business analyst
- QA
- Onboarding/Delivery manager
- Customer service/Operations
- Understanding of user workflows in forwarding and customs in two or more of the following areas:
- Ocean exports/imports
- Air exports/imports
- Customs
- Taxation
- Finance/accounting
Familiarity with warehousing and transportation management will be a plus.
- Knowledge of one or more of existing Freight Forwarding ERP products
- Ability to be adaptable and creative in an aggressive, fast-paced environment
