Role Overview:

Orbit ISS is seeking a Senior Welding & Coating Inspector with proven experience in ARAMCO offshore structural fabrication projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all welding coating and NDT activities comply with project specifications and client quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct welding and coating inspections as per Aramco standards and project specifications.
Verify WPS/PQR consumables joint preparation and welder qualifications.
Perform and interpret NDT (RT UT MT PT) as per Level II certification.
Monitor coating surface prep DFT checks and application quality.
Coordinate with QA/QC production and client representatives on quality matters.
Maintain inspection records and prepare final quality documentation.

Requirements

CSWIP / AWS Certified Senior Welding Inspector (or equivalent qualification).
Coating Inspector qualification (e.g. BGAS/ NACE or equivalent).
ASNT Level II certification in RT UT MT and PT.
ARAMCO experience is required.
Minimum 810 years of experience in QA/QC inspection with at least 5 years in Saudi Aramco offshore structural fabrication projects.
Strong knowledge of international welding and coating standards (ASME AWS ISO SSPC NACE).
Excellent communication and reporting skills with experience liaising directly with client inspectors and project management teams.
Immediate joiner preferred.
