Job Description

We are looking for a competent sales leader from the formwork sector with good knowledge of the UAE to join a market leader.

Duties:

  • Present promote and sell products/services using substantial and reliable arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Develop and follow up the companys strategy.
  • Perform costbenefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Establish develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreedupon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Analyse the territory/markets potential and track sales and status reports.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs problems interests competitive activities and potential for new products and services.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or similar with deep knowledge in the construction and formwork sector.
  • Strong sales management skills with experience in UAE preferably in system formwork.
  • Highly motivated and targetdriven personality with a proven track record in sales.
  • Strong interpersonal communication selling and negotiation skills and a strong numerical aptitude.
  • Prioritizing time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audiences needs.
  • Relationship management skills and ability to receive feedback.
  • Understanding of key contractual terms.
  • Passionate to find solutions for clients through an addedvalue approach.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and preferably Arabic.
  • Openminded and teamoriented with a positive attitude.
  • Intercultural interest and respect.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
  • Software and knowledge in modern communication methods.
