Senior Risk Manager

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Reporting on small to medium-sized projects, or as part of a team within a small project.
• Mentoring and managing more junior members of staff to deliver specific requirements for the client.
• Recommending continual improvements and potential future developments to clients where appropriate and supporting recommendations with expert knowledge and experience.
• Identifying potential business development opportunities within own client areas and making project control directors and above aware of these prospects.
• Managing managers where required by the scale of the project.
• Persuading and influencing colleagues.
• Influencing clients to accept proposals and recommendations.
• Satisfying customer requirements.
• Tackling problems that do not have an obvious solution.
• Selling the business and winning work.
• Creating and delivering persuasive presentations to large audiences.
