Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Reporting on small to medium-sized projects, or as part of a team within a small project.
- Mentoring and managing more junior members of staff to deliver specific requirements for the client.
- Recommending continual improvements and potential future developments to clients where appropriate and supporting recommendations with expert knowledge and experience.
- Identifying potential business development opportunities within own client areas and making project control directors and above aware of these prospects.
- Managing managers where required by the scale of the project.
- Persuading and influencing colleagues.
- Influencing clients to accept proposals and recommendations.
- Satisfying customer requirements.
- Tackling problems that do not have an obvious solution.
- Selling the business and winning work.
- Creating and delivering persuasive presentations to large audiences.
