- We have a 3-step interview process:
- 1st stage is an initial telephone interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team lasting approximately 15-20mins;
- 2nd stage is a 50mins face-to-face interview the hiring manager;
- 3rd stage is a face-to-face interview with a Director/Associate Director lasting c.40mins
- We will share some of the questions before the interview as we are committed to helping candidates be as comfortable as possible so you can showcase yourself in the best way possible.
