Senior Planning amp Project Controls Engineer - Penspen

Main Purpose of Role:

Reporting to the Project Control Manager the Sr. Project controls/planning Engineer is responsible for creating and maintaining project master plans & detailed plans measuring and monitoring project performance against baselines. Identify deviations making recommendations to recover the plan enabling appropriate actions to be taken by the Project Management Team.

Knowledge / Experience (Skills):

• 1015 years experience in oil & gas industry
• Experience in managing a team of Engineers
• Knowledge of standard practices in Planning/Project Controls
• Good knowledge & hands on experience in MS Office applications such as Word Excel Power Point etc.
• Must have hands on experience with planning tools like Primavera v6.0 MS project etc.
• Familiarity with international codes standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• A degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• A professional certification such as PMISP PMP is desirable
