- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an associate degree in a related technical field
- Minimum 12 years’ experience in Fire and complex security package project execution/management as a project engineer. 5-6 years of experience as a service/project engineer in maritime/offshore industry preferred.
- Must be experienced in estimation and preparation of BOQ for Fire and security systems according to latest marine and offshore standards.
- Profound understanding of Fire detection, suppression, PAGA and Security systems and various marine & offshore classification body requirements.
- Experience in handling EDS and cyber security concepts will be an added advantage.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, schedule, and execute HVAC projects from conception to completion.
- Hands-on experience with Fire and security system installation, commissioning, troubleshooting & familiarity with HVAC control systems for retrofit, replacement and new build projects.
- Experience with project management software and tools, especially project planning ones.
- Basic knowledge of Technical design and engineering.
- Proficiency in budgeting, cost estimation, and financial management for HVAC projects
- Strong leadership and team management skills and business acumen
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with clients, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Fluent in English
- EHS Awareness, Problem-Solving Skills, Understanding of QA/QC requirements, Documentation and Reporting etc.
