- Minimum 5 years of experience in Contracts Administration, preferably both in procurement and post-contract management of multiple services contracts, with experience in a client’s organization or in a contract management consultancy.
- Support the business in the development of Transition Plan to demobilize the existing contractor and onboarding new contractor
- Ensuring compliance to commercial & legal T&Cs
- Settle any outstanding claims
- Coordinating with Project Manager to ensure all transition obligations are completed by the outgoing contractor.
- Preparing and updating commercial risk register
