Sr Manager - Advertising Business Development

• Identify and prospect potential ad partners, build strong relationships, and negotiate deals that align with their marketing objectives
• Coordinate the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns
• Deliver on advertising sales revenue targets through aligning opportunities with partners, agencies, and advertisers
• Negotiate to build and maintain successful partnerships with advertising clients
• Deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, programmatic advertising, and media buying
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop competitive sales strategies
• Use data and analytics to inform sales approaches and optimize performance
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and ad market dynamics to identify opportunities and optimize sales strategies
• Provide regular sales reports, performance analysis, and insights to management to assess progress and inform decision-making

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, or business
• 6+ years of proven experience in advertising sales or similar role in digital media or entertainment industry.
