Senior Occupational Therapist
Job Summary

The ideal candidate needs to have good experience in hospitalbased adult care at a reputed hospital with a proven track record in inpatient outpatient and postoperative rehabilitation.
This role focuses on enhancing patients recovery independence and overall quality of life.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients functional physical and cognitive abilities.
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for adult patients in inpatient outpatient and postoperative settings.
- Provide evidencebased therapeutic interventions to improve mobility ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and overall function.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians nurses and other therapists to deliver coordinated care.
- Assist in discharge planning and provide guidance for homebased care and followup rehabilitation.
- Document patient progress treatment goals and outcomes in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
- Mentor and guide junior therapists and students fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Bachelor s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- 10 Years Experience in the same capacity
DHA License
- Should be eligible to get DHA License
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Cultural sensitivity and experience working with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
