Job Summary

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Marketing Executive will play a key role in developing and executing integrated marketing and communications strategies to promote the agency and its clients within the sports and entertainment sector. This role requires a dynamic and creative individual with a strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Integrated Campaign Development & Execution:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing and communications campaigns that align with the agencys and clients objectives.

  • Coordinate marketing efforts across various channels including digital marketing social media public relations events and advertising.

  • Project management on integrated campaigns.

  • Client servicing and point of contact for key clients.

Paid Media Digital Marketing & Social Media Management:

  • Working alongside the Digital team you will develop and manage the agencys and clients social media presence creating engaging content and building online communities.

  • Looking after paid media partnerships across key clients and maintaining relationships and budget control on partnership deals.

  • Implement digital marketing strategies including SEO SEM email marketing and content marketing.

  • With the Digital team you will analyze digital marketing performance and optimize campaigns for maximum reach and engagement.

  • Feedback learnings and optimization plans to the clients.

Content Creation & Management:

  • Working with our MC Creative team you will create compelling and high-quality content for various marketing and communication channels including websites social media blogs and marketing materials.

  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone of voice across all integrated channels.

Brand Building & Management:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of brand strategies to enhance the agencys and clients brand image and reputation.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communications activities.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including clients media partners and influencers.

  • Coordinate communication efforts to ensure effective and consistent messaging.

Event Marketing & Promotion:

  • Support the marketing and promotion of events including planning execution and post-event analysis.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze marketing and communications performance providing regular reports on key metrics.

  • Use data insights to optimize campaigns and improve results.

ABOUT YOU

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.

  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing and communications preferably within the sports and entertainment industry.

  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing principles and practices.

  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

  • Excellent digital marketing and social media skills.

  • Strong content creation and writing skills.

  • Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
