Senior Manager Project Management

• The Senior Project Manager will lead the successful execution of strategic projects under POD, Accessibility, Employee Welfare and other government prioritized projects. The role will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects, leading all aspects of scoping, designing, procuring, and delivering of construction projects from initial concept to final handover in coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring appropriate resource allocation and financial tracking.
• Lead the development and execution of government affairs projects, ensuring alignment with Organizational objectives and strategic goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to airport sustainability, security, technology, and resilience systems projects.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, implementing contingency plans as needed.

What you'll need to succeed

• 7-10 Years of experience in Project Management, Operational Readiness and Building Services Engineering or Equivalent
• Experience in Airfield project delivery.
• Certifications in Programme & Project Management, or Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical preferred)
• Industry experience in Aviation, Airports, Complex Infrastructure, Accessibility
• Proven track record in having delivered complex MEP, sustainability, security, technology, and resilience systems projects, preferably within the airport industry.
• Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to airport sustainability, security, technology, and resilience systems projects.
• Proficiency in accessing and reading AutoCAD drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Proficient in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Clarity, Mastt, Aconex, P6 and/or similar.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum, is a plus.
