Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Land Surveyor you will play a crucial role in conducting accurate land measurements preparing topographic surveys and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Conduct precise land measurements and topographic surveys using advanced surveying equipment and techniques
- Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports using specialized software
- Create accurate maps and plans for various construction and development projects
- Ensure compliance with local UAE land laws regulations and international surveying standards
- Collaborate with project managers engineers and other stakeholders to provide expert surveying input
- Perform quality control checks on survey data and implement best practices in surveying methodologies
- Assist in managing project timelines and resources effectively
- Troubleshoot surveying issues and develop practical solutions
- Stay updated on the latest surveying technologies and industry trends
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Surveying Geomatics or a related field
- Professional certification as a Licensed Land Surveyor
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in land surveying
- Advanced proficiency in surveying equipment and software including GPS Total Station AutoCAD and GIS
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex survey data
- Knowledge of local UAE land laws and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to develop practical solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Physical fitness to perform fieldwork in various terrain and weather conditions
- Willingness and ability to work in the hot climate conditions typical of Dubai
- Valid drivers license
