Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a toptier developer in Abu Dhabi UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Senior Hospitality Manager responsible for overseeing and guiding the successful execution of largescale hospitality projects within a development program. Acting as the primary interface for daytoday project activities and ensuring alignment with our clients project objectives striving for timely delivery costeffectiveness and adherence to quality standards in hospitality projects.
Core Responsibilities:
Lead team resources including PMCs to achieve project delivery goals.
Develop and execute detailed delivery strategies to meet project objectives.
Plan precontract activities ensuring alignment with success criteria.
Support design managers in preparing project design scopes and RFPs.
Manage design consultants procurement process and oversee tender evaluations.
Facilitate innovative approaches such as value engineering for project optimization.
Monitor design progress timelines and safety compliance.
Coordinate with various disciplines for seamless integration and efficient design.
Manage stakeholder relationships coordinate with procurement and conduct kickoff meetings.
Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and meeting program goals.
Monitor compliance with quality health safety sustainability and environmental procedures.
Review risk mitigation measures and conduct regular project meetings.
Apply performance management techniques and produce timely project progress reports.
Manage contracts payments to contractors and consultants and coordinate with project control.
Ensure statutory approvals and integrate HSE policies in each project.
Escalate and manage potential change requests and interface between construction and asset management.
Provide closeout documentation training and maintenance manuals.
Actively manage the defects liability period and compile lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Requirements
12 years of successful management experience in complex hospitality projects.
Bachelors degree in architecture civil engineering construction or project management or a related field.
Be a member of a recognized professional body such as RIBA AIA CIOB RICS.
Demonstrate a track record of collaborative work with stakeholders and the ability to forge effective relationships.
Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Showcase strong analytical and problemsolving abilities coupled with creative and strategic thinking
Preferred Skills:
Implement strategic plans aligning with the organizations vision and goals.
Demonstrate leadership in guiding professionals toward project success.
Possess hospitality industry knowledge in hotel and resort project management.
Maintain a resultsdriven mindset ensuring project goals are consistently achieved.
Monitor project progress budgets and costs presenting comprehensive reports.
Exhibit a proven track record in managing complex projects with exemplary skills.

- Prior experience in the Real Estate Developer and/or Hospitality industry is essential. - Bachelor's degree in accounting or a relevant field is required. - Previous experience in the GCC region is a plus. - 5+ years of experience in accounting, including bookkeeping and preparation of financial statements. - Proficiency in Oracle and MS Office, particularly Excel. - Exceptional organizational and strong analytical skills.
