Senior Hair Stylist

SENIOR HAIR STYLIST (Female only)

LOCATION: Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates)

START DATE: 01 August 2026 / ASAP

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday Sunday (shifts on rotation)
• 48 hours per week (1-day off per week)

CONTRACT: 2-years (including probation period & annual leave)

REPORT TO: Spa Manager / Operations Manager

REMUNERATION & BENEFITS:

• Basic Salary per month (BOE) AED 8000 - AED 10000
• Commission earned on Services rendered & retail sold
• Company Housing for 3x months upon joining
• Private-Housing allowance in addition to salary / Opt to stay in Company Housing (after 3-month join)
• Recruitment flights (joining & end of contract)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. Female hair-professionals only due to countries customs & regulations
2. Diploma obtained from a recognized Cosmetology Training facility with qualifications in either Cosmetology OR Hair Styling
3. NVQ2 / NVQ3 certified
4. Trade tested
5. A minimum of 5 years post graduation professional experience in a hair salon / hair bar / cosmetology centre / beauty spa / cruise ship hair salon etc.
6. Previous GCC employment experience beneficial / Cruise Ship Salon & Spa experience
7. Skilled & confident to perform all standard hair services required in addition to:
   - Balayage (most popular)
   - Ladies Hair Cut
   - Color Treatments & Recommendation and Corrections
   - Keratin Treatment
   - Up Dos for weddings & special occasions
   - Blow Dries
8. Ability to communicate with proper grammar in English
9. Excellent customer services skills.
10. Excellent communication skills.
11. Ability to consult with clients on a face to face basis.
12. Highly motivated and energetic individual.
13. Ability to learn all services required in Salon/Spa
14. Knowledge of a variety of salon/hair care services
15. Retail sales experience
16. Ability to give timely and excellent hair care services
