Job Description
This role is categorized as hybrid. The successful candidate is expected to report to the office at minimum three times per week (or as dictated by the business) and work remotely two times per week.
Senior FP&A Analyst
- Financial Forecasting & Planning
Analyze actual results highlight key trends and provide insights to improve accuracy and transparency of projections.
Drive critical analysis of variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Business Performance Analysis
Deliver clear data-driven insights on profit and cost drivers including volume pricing and material cost impacts.
Partner with business leaders across functions (Sales Marketing Operations) to understand key drivers of financial results and future profitability.
- Consolidation & Reporting
Support the development of financial bridges (volume/mix pricing cost etc.) and ensure accurate submission of consolidated results.
Maintain and communicate financial risks and opportunities for leadership decision-making.
- Decision Support & Strategic Projects
Leverage data visualization and analytical tools to drive better decision-making.
Support leadership on business-critical projects and perform ad-hoc analysis as needed.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning analysis or consolidation.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and performance drivers.
- Experience working with large datasets financial modeling and analytics tools.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and translate into actionable insights.
- Proficiency with advanced Excel and Power BI to turn large datasets into meaningful dashboards and insights.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear concise way.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to propose practical solutions.
- Project management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
