We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to oversee credit assessment risk management and financial performance of RNPL (Rent Now Pay Later) portfolios. The role focuses on safeguarding portfolio quality improving collections efficiency and maximizing overall ROI.

Assess and analyze credit and risk profiles for monthly payment plans

Approve flag or escalate applications based on financial criteria

Reconcile monthly RNPL inflows against expected collections

Coordinate closely with Collections on overdue accounts and risk exposure

Design and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies

Maintain accurate financial records and performance reports

Support Admin Listings and Sales teams with financial insights

Drive portfolio performance and maximize ROI

Minimum 5 years experience in loan approval credit analysis or financial risk roles

Strong understanding of installment-based or credit-led products

Proven ability to manage risk and reduce defaults
