Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Handle complete estimation cycle for medium to large fa ade projects.
Evaluate cost-effective alternatives and risk factors.
Mentor junior estimators and review their submissions.
Represent company in technical-commercial discussions with clients.
Work closely with project and design teams for value engineering.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor s in Engineering with 5 years of relevant UAE/GCC experience.
Extensive knowledge of aluminium glass cladding and curtain wall pricing.
Proven track record in preparing winning quotations.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
