What will your role involve?

How will you add value?

Although you will not be expected to have deep experience in all of the areas outlined as key responsibilities (as you will be guided by highly experienced members of the Business Solutions team), you will be expected to have some knowledge of customer relationship management and the loyalty management

You are likely to have an academic background in some form of STEM-based analytic subjects such as psychology, economics, philosophy or computer science to a top university graduate or post-graduate degree

You will need to demonstrate an ability to analyse data, identify challenges, prioritise opportunities and solve problems using strategic frameworks and creative thinking

You will be a rational thinker, persuasive communicator, confident presenter and eloquent

You will have had experience working in business either in CRM, data analytics, loyalty management or in a broader strategic or technical You will have spent time working for an innovative business or in a top marketing, data science or management
