Responsibilities
- Work with the wider CRM team in the planning and execution of the CRM programmes across multiple channels
- Deliver campaign build tasks (build, QA, execution and reporting) within the Braze framework
- .
Deliver growing levels of engagement, conversation and performance across email, DM and push
- .
Monitor campaign performance metrics
- .
Work with the wider team to utilize the Braze platform and get the best out of the system
- .
Build campaigns in line with strategic objectives set by the Head of CRM across customer journey, welcome journeys and post purchase
Experience
- Knowledge of Braze – ideally 6+ months experience
- Previous experience in CRM & Email Marketing, building and executing campaigns
- Ability to understand customer data to enable and deliver CRM opportunities
- Ideally educated to degree level
- Experience using HTML
