- Define objectives and scope of business system as it relates to Tax & Revenue Management product streams.
- Set the direction of scope and methodology for the representation of complex requirements to design the Tax and Custom solutions and products for NEOM.
- Analyze Tax and Customs complex business problems or requirements and determine baseline input and outcomes from process activities as per product and service areas.
- Gather data and analyze business and user needs for technology products and services.
