- Arrange bookings based on customer requirements with various nominated third parties to ensure customer needs are met.
- To process customer and customs documentation within a required timeframe in accordance to third party and local requirements i.e. customs, trade law, carriers
- To co-ordinate movement of cargo within required/stipulated time frames in order to meet customer needs
- To manage and monitor all parties within the supply chain
- To develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers
