Senior Business Analyst 8 years experience Arabic speakers Taxation

Responsible for gathering and shaping Core Tax Systems business requirements and ensure implementation of the IT projects/changes as per business needs and requirements. Support the clients taxation business units to fully understand and manage the Core Tax system(s) in alignment with the law policies and procedures.

Gather and Manage requirements of properties and tax management subsystems and align new business requirements.

Participate in supporting the organizational units in the Authority concerned with tax work to fully understand and manage tax management systems.

Identify business improvements that need to be implemented in tax management systems

Implementing the process of providing tax systems services to meet business requirements and submit reports to the direct manager.

Provide support in fully implementing tax management systems while ensuring that support and maintenance processes are aligned with IT standards and strategy.

Carrying out any other tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Requirements

Minimum:

Bachelor s degree in computer science/ Engineering or other related degree Work Experience

8 years of relevant work experience

Arabic Competencies

Excellent analytical skills

Ability for finding creative solutions.

Experience on SAP TRM and related technologies (preferred)

Experience in Taxation (Preferred)

Solid understanding of IT topics

Keen diligence

Strong people skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Familiarity with coding languages operating systems and databases

Familiarity with system integrations. Basic knowledge of MuleSoft preferred.

Understanding of process optimization and deployment

Experience working with various infrastructure platforms.

Ability to organize and prioritize critical projects.
