Senior Art Director

Job Description:

As a Senior Art Director, you will lead and inspire a team of talented designers and artists to create visually stunning and strategically sound concepts.

You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure that all visual elements align perfectly with the project goals and client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in an art director role working for an agency/digital/marketing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the artistic design of advertising and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and conceptualize ideas.
• Present concepts and ideas to clients and internal teams.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through completion.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and team members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
